Our customers can avail our range of Prototype tooling which can make foam patterns. They are offered more rapidly than production tooling and at a fraction of the cost to our clients. These can also be used to test process development. The information gained out of it is transferable to the production tooling process.
We make use of various processes in the manufacturing of prototype tooling including Quick-Cut machined aluminum tooling, cast epoxy tooling, CNC machined epoxy tooling, CNC machined sintered metal tooling and other methods. We use a complete three- dimensional model of the part with our preferred method of developing prototype tooling.
